Charlie Smith is a results-driven and highly-motivated commercial manager with significant experience in strategic planning and business development. A 25-year veteran in luxury real estate with experience in all areas of residential and mixed use real estate, Charlie runs his own London-based real estate advisory business, London Real Estate Advisors LLP. Previously for seven years, he was the Managing Director of Sotheby’s International Realty in the UK, on numerous Sotheby’s steering committees, and on the London and Prime board of Countrywide following his engineering of the sale of SIR from Realogy to Countrywide. This extensive experience has given him a clear and acute understanding of the discretionary real estate market. This understanding covers the requirements of buyers and sellers in all market conditions, as well as marketing strategy, design, and implementation. Previously a fine art underwriter for Hiscox, he has his whole career been involved in the HNW field and has an acute understanding of private client culture. He is in listed in Debrett’s People of Today, and with numerous press and television credits has a savvy and experienced working relationship with the media.
